It uses both granular garlic and fragrant garlic powder, making it a product that leverages Sankyo Foods' strength in garlic products. The addition of lemon powder provides a refreshing citrusy aroma that spreads in your mouth.
It can be used for garlic shrimp, seasoning meat, oil-braised dishes (like ajillo), or even as a pasta sauce.
